These Terms govern the use of the Dash&Ponto platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you (the "User") declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Dash&Ponto is a SaaS platform that allows digital marketing agencies and traffic managers to connect Meta Ads accounts, generate visual campaign performance reports and share them with clients.
To use the Service you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a digital marketing professional or represent a legally established business; (c) have permission to access the linked ad accounts; (d) provide truthful registration information.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via credit card processed by Stripe. The period begins on the activation date and renews automatically.
You can cancel at any time via the account panel. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. After closure, generated reports remain available for 30 days for export.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except in case of technical failure attributable to the Service that completely prevents its use, evaluated case-by-case. Requests must be sent within 7 days of the event to contato@trackingdigital.com.br.

The Service, its code, design and brand are the exclusive property of Dash&Ponto and protected by copyright. Reports generated from your data belong to you. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your data solely for Service delivery.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasional interruptions due to technical or third-party factors (Meta API, Stripe) do not give rise to refund rights.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the generated reports are error-free, that Meta API data is always available, or that the Service meets all your specific requirements. Business decisions based on the reports are the User's sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dash&Ponto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of material violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or use that compromises platform security, with prior notice when possible. You may terminate your account at any time via the panel.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify significant changes via email with 15 days' notice. Continued use after that date implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of São Paulo - SP is elected to resolve any disputes.
